Deadline and submission procedure

IMPORTANT DATES: (New Dates)

• Deadline for abstract submission:  February 15^th, 2021
• Notification for abstract acceptance:  February 25^th, 2021
                 Notification in progress for deposits already received
• Full papers are due:  May 5^th, 2021
• Full papers acceptance: May 15^th, 2021
• Final draft of accepted papers due:  May 20^th, 2021
• Deadline for reduced registration fees:Open on April 28th
  Opening of payments will be adapted to changes in the health crisis (COVID19) after this date.

PAPER SUBMISSION

The Language of the conference is English. Authors wishing to present a contribution are kindly requested to submit an extended abstract (Limited to 3 pages) including title, author names, affiliation, and complete correspondence information for the lead authorThe full paper is limited to 10 pages including the title page (even numbers only), and should only have an even number of pages. Author should use the proposed templates on Word and pdf. Abstracts should also include up to eight key words. Each registration is allowed two submissions.

All submissions must be made online.

A book of accepted abstracts will be printed for the symposium, and the symposium proceedings will be published and distributed in a digital form.

A selected number of papers will be published in a special issue of the “Journal of Construction and Building Materials”.

Registration required before April 15 with order form required, but opening of payments adapted to changes in the health crisis after this date
